I grew up navigating between different cultural and professional systems, which trained me early to translate between perspectives and pay attention to how different people see the same situation. Today I use that skill with founders, operators and investors who often talk past each other. My default mode is direct, practical and focused on what actually works.

I studied computer science and business and then spent most of my career in the space between code and companies. I have written production code, led product work, sat with sales teams, built financial models and helped take a GCC proptech from early product to seven figure ARR and exit. I am comfortable moving between technical detail, market reality and board level conversations, and I try to keep those three tightly connected.

For a long time my instinct was to read everything before taking action. It made me useful in complex, ambiguous situations, but it also slowed me down. Over the last years I have flipped that pattern. Now I use my research habit to design sharper experiments, not to postpone them. When I work with a team, we aim to ship something concrete in days, get real signals from the market and only then decide what deserves more depth.
